MEDITATION _ YOGA NIDRA

This class focuses more on pranayama (breathing exercises), bandha (energy locks), and meditative exercises. It aims at deep relaxation, in practicing concentration of mind and in our body’s energy management.

Emphasis is given on and elements are being analysed regarding psychomental and energy dimension of man. The information and the experiences learned can be applied together with the other asanas in other yoga classes, so as practicing hatha yoga to be more integrated.
The course is free of charge and all the members and non-members of ‘Horos’ can participate.
