Horos

“Horos” has been created with a view to help remind us the bright side of ourselves. Horos is a society with human-centered goals. It deals with actions related with the balancing, harmonization, healing and overall development of the human being through an holistic approach.  It supports coexistence on an equal basis of the spiritual, mental and physical substance of the human being. It aims at tracing paths through which these three substances can be in harmonious communication with one another as well as with the present time.

The activities of Horos are divided into two categories:

 Holistic Training

By holistic training we mean the training of the body when it is in contact with its psychical and mental world. One of the main goals of this workout, in addition to strengthening the body, is the awareness of the body’s energy. In our space, we host the following holistic practices: Yoga and Pilates.

 Natural, supplementary therapies

By “Natural, Supplementary Therapies” we mean the processes of human care, through a natural way. They assist in the holistic harmonization of body, ie the balance of body, soul, spirit, the strengthening of the organism and the development of the ability to heal. Along with traditional medicine it helps the body to heal effectively, facing the symptoms but also the cause of the disease. In “Horos” we apply the following methods of natural supplementary therapies: Reflexology, Electro-acupuncture, Advisory Holistic Nutrition and Shiatsu.
